Alison began her career with Persium in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Today, Alison’s primary focus is on operations, human resources, account management, and the development of company policies and procedures.
Alison graduated from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in the Study of Women and Gender. While pursuing her degree, she also attended the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark and later worked at a prominent national hotline in Washington, D.C., where she gained valuable experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
Alison grew up in the northern suburbs of metro Atlanta and currently resides in the city. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant music and arts scene, writing, practicing Pilates and dressage, and spending time with her friends and family.
