Getting Naked
The team at Persium can achieve very little without creating and earning trust with clients and with each other. To guide us, we follow the principles of best-selling author Patrick Lencioni’s book, Getting Naked, with prospective clients, current clients, and our co-workers. Author Lencioni suggests that Getting Naked is, “the definitive primer on how to build relationships in business (and in life) that are at once authentic, fruitful, and lasting.” Learn more about this book.
Catalytic Coaching
At Persium our greatest strength is our people. We recognize we need to constantly raise the bar for our current and future team members. Persium uses Catalytic Coaching to help and guide our associates’ career development. C5 Georgia
Persium employees give their time, talent and treasure to an outreach program called C5 Georgia a leadership development program for local disadvantaged middle school and high school students. The mission of C5 is to change the odds for high-potential teens from risk-filled environments, inspiring them to pursue personal success and preparing them for leadership roles in college, work and their communities. Employees participate in projects on-site at C5’s camp and host a Sunday BBQ for students during their time at summer camp. To learn more about this outreach program, visit C5 of Georgia.
